[Gamaṇi]-Uti-D[e]va[na]pi[ya]-maharajhaha jha[ya] Śumana-deviya leṇe agata-anagata catu-diśa-śagaśa
The cave of Sumanadevī, wife of the great king, Friend of the Gods, Gāmaṇī Uttiya, [is given] to the Saṅgha of the four quarters , present and absent.
